For very large format works, we professionally crate each piece to ensure safe delivery Every work is insured and shipped free to your door, either by UPS Ground Service, or, for very large works, UPS Freight. With the custom packaging requirements of each piece, expect your new painting in 2 to 3 weeks, delivered Monday through Friday, signature required. We just believed showcasing high quality artwork from leading contemporary artists with an unusually generous return policy would result in very satisfied customers. We're flattered by all the attention we're getting though. With free shipping both ways, and the ability to return your painting next week or next decade, your purchase is truly without risk. Here's how it works: At any time, contact us for a return shipping label. Return your painting within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Beyond 14 days, your refund will be in the form of gallery credit. Use the original packaging, or we can supply a new custom box at cost. Drop off your painting at any UPS store or we will coordinate a pick-up at your home or office. Artwork must be in its original condition. Residents outside the Continental US pay for return shipping. The lifetime return guarantee is limited to 5 items per person per year, or 25 items per lifetime. Corporate and Interior Design accounts are subject to additional terms. |
