  1. What type of artwork do you exhibit and sell?
  2. ArtQuiver offers original, one-of-a-kind works of art. Paintings are chosen along a fairly wide spectrum of styles, medium, and price to maximize diversity and breadth of appeal for our customers.

    There are 2 primary ways to search for artwork on ArtQuiver. With Visual Search, you select certain criteria such as medium, style, subject, size or price, and browse through matching results. With ArtQuiver Search, you spend a few minutes in our interactive art rating activities, then let our system suggest paintings based on your unique pattern of likes and dislikes. In addition to these search methods, you can always view an entire artist's portfolio from the Artists heading in the main nav bar, or see what artwork others are viewing with our RightNOW feature.

  3. How do you select artists?
  4. Artists apply for inclusion on artquiver.com. Our senior team considers every application, and selects artists based on a combination of skill, style, and value. Always subjective, our goal is to create a memorable, varied gallery experience that appeals to our broad base of customers.

  5. Will my painting rise in value?
  6. Unlike most consumer purchases, original artwork can be considered an asset, and may appreciate over time. As for your specific painting, we can not predict its future value!

  7. How are paintings supported or framed?
  8. All artwork that is purchased on artquiver.com arrives "ready to hang". It may be stretched canvas around a wooden support or framed behind glass, or anywhere in between. Artists decide the best look and protection for their work. You will find a written description of your chosen painting's framing, and an actual image of the frame where applicable, in the Details section of the painting page. On your My Gallery wall, your painting will be depicted with its actual framing as well.

  9. Do you offer discounts?
  10. Generally, we do not discount artwork or put artwork on sale. For volume purchasing accounts (for interior designers, hotels, corporate offices), we do have a discount program. Contact us for details.

Shipping & Returns

  1. What are your shipping rates?
  2. ArtQuiver ships all paintings in the continental US free of charge. See our rates to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not currently ship artwork internationally.

  3. How long will delivery take?
  4. Your unique painting requires custom care and packaging. Please expect delivery between 2 and 3 weeks from your order placement date. As always, ground shipping anywhere in the continental US is free of charge.

  5. Can I expedite my order?
  6. We design custom packaging for each painting, and coordinate delivery direct from the artist's studio. This prevents us from being able to offer faster shipping options. Your order ships free anywhere in the continental US by ground service.

  7. Is my painting insured?
  8. Your painting is insured at our expense to your door. Should anything occur in transit, contact us and we will coordinate an insurance claim as required. You will be entitled to a full refund.

  9. What is your return policy?
  10. We offer a lifetime risk-free return policy. Return your painting within 14 days for a full refund. Beyond 14 days, receive gallery credit for your return. No questions asked. See our complete return policy here.

My Account

  1. Do I have to sign in to browse artwork on ArtQuiver?
  2. No. Browse as much as you like and save your favorite paintings to your gallery. To save your gallery for future sessions, you will need to sign in or create an account.

    Once you have saved paintings, create an account for later review from any computer. With an account, you can also save Visual Search results and ArtQuiver Search recommendations.

  3. How do I check my order status?
  4. Sign in (you created an account upon purchasing) to view your profile, change settings and check your order status.
